Provider Setup Options
Provider Setup Options lets you view/update service provider details and the various functions it impacts in the application.

Provider details

Vendor number - identification for provider as vendor, used in the billing reconciliation process

Site supplier ID - identification for provider as site supplier

Manual review level - determines the review level at which invoices, estimates, and quotes must be manually reviewed

EAP - determines whether the provider uses Enterprise Asset Procurement (EAP) (legacy functionality)

Allow inventory - determines whether the provider can manage inventory via your instance of vx Maintain (related to EAP functionality)

Active - determines whether the provider is active or inactive

Preferred contact method - how to contact the provider (fax, email, telephone, dispatch schedule)

Dispatch schedule - the schedule determining when the provider is available for automatic dispatch

Use log hours - determines whether you can manually add labor hours on work orders

Technical skill level billing - determines whether the provider can define billing rates based on a technician's skill level
If turned off, all custom rates for technical skill level are deleted and must be redefined.

CPPM linked WO invoice settings - how the provider invoices for linked work orders (all linked work orders or just primary linked work orders must be closed before invoicing, or ignore linked work orders for invoicing)

CPPM invoice - ignore failed certifications - determines whether the provider can invoice CPPM work orders if there are failed certifications

CPPM invoice - ignore failed reports - determines whether the provider can invoice CPPM work orders if there are failed certifications

Quote provider - determines whether this provider can be contacted for quote work

Allow provider to see comp costs - determines whether the provider can view compensation costs

Tax point date (after 14 days) - determines the date at which taxes are added to billing for the provider (14 days after work order completion, invoice submission, or invoice date)

Create work orders in mobile - determines whether you can create work orders in Mobile for this provider

Use subcontractor portal - determines the provider can use the subcontractor portal

Default PIN user - the user ID for the person utilized when the subcontractor portal is used and no user is allocated to the work order

Prevent system automated timeout - determines whether the provider is timed out of sessions after a predefined period

Allow provider users to perform job complete - determines whether the provider can set work orders to complete in the system

Require start work on mobile - determines whether providers are required to manually indicate when they have started work on Mobile

Prevent technician logging time on multiple WOs - determines whether provider technicians can log time on multiple work orders at once

Site manager review required - determines whether site managers must review work before job complete for this provider (either No or require review based on system settings)

Prevent same day trip charges - determines whether the provider can bill for trip charges multiple times per day
Off allows multiple trip charges per day. Or you can allow only one trip charge per day per site, or one trip charge per category per day per site.

Require work order certificates - determines whether the provider must have certificates to complete a work order

Allow flat rate overridden - determines whether the provider can override the client flat rate configurations

Allow log notes against linked work orders - determines whether the provider can add log notes to work orders

Require work permit completion per additional technician - determines whether a work permit is required or each technician on a single work order

Prevent invoicing before recall period ends - determines whether the provider can invoice before reaching the end of the recall period

Geofence units - the unit of measurement for geofencing distance
Select a value and then enter a number to determine the geofence area surrounding an asset being serviced. The geofence area impacts automated processes, such as recording labor hours when a provider technician is present within the geofence.
